Judging Schedule

Judging will take place in two evaluation rounds.

The Evaluation-I will commence at 2:00 PM IST on February 6 and will involve the evaluation of their presentation and videos of the idea. Post this evaluation, Evaluation-II will commence at 9:00 AM IST on February 7, and the evaluation of this round will be done between 9:00 AM to 1:30 PM.

After the final submission of the projects at 4:30 PM IST on February 7, Top 10 hacks will be shortlisted to compete for the first, second, and third prizes respectively. The top 10 teams will be pitching their project live to the judging panel between 6:15 PM IST to 8:30 PM IST. Various prizes have been announced on our website, visit it for further reference.

Judging Criteria

All projects will be judged based on the following factors:

Quality of the project:-

• Is the project idea described clearly?
• Is the proposed solution/innovation is adequate in addressing the problem identified?
• Team competency and skill to solve the identified problem.

Cost Efficiency of the project:-

• Demonstrated as economical use of resources or not.
• The potential outcome of the project as per the proposed costs.
• Reasonable costs are essential for the completion of the project.
• Justification of any costs that are higher than prevailing market rates.
